From our email:

I just want to follow up with you again to say what a WONDERFUL time we had with Santa and at your farm in October. Peyton (2yrs old in black snowman dress at 1030 12/15) woke up from her nap and started talking about seeing Santa. He was a great Santa and so kind! We will be sure to mark our calenders to see you next year. Thank you so much!!!

Great Gram Meadows Pumpkin Bread

This is our family favorite. Highly requested every Christmas by all generations! It is best when made with fresh pumpkin puree - however canned pumpkin will work as well.

3 1/2 c flour
2 t. Soda
1 1/2 t. Salt
2 t. Cinnamon
1 t. Nutmeg
Mix together
1 c. oil
2 t. Vanilla
4 eggs
3 c. Sugar
2/3 c. Water
2 C. Pumpkin
Blend all ingredients
Divide in three greased & floured loaf pans. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
Cool slightly in pans then finish cooling on rack. Wrap in foil, &/or store in refrig. Can be frozen.
